WeFood DeepCool

Our powerful DeepCool systems are designed to cool to low temperatures (standard up to 5°C or 41°F). The glycol cooling system ensures rapid cooling, usually within 15 - 30 minutes. Thanks to the wireless temperature control, you achieve the desired target temperature, without the need for temperature sensors. There are standard models for 100 - 300 kg.

    Standard solutions for 1 to 3 (gastronorm) carts (up to 100 kg per cart).
    Easily scalable and customizable to your wishes.
  • Performance:
    Cooling times of 10 - 20 minutes, 2 - 4 loads per hour can be realized in practice.

WeFood BaseCool

Cost and energy-optimized vacuum coolers designed to cool from high (80 - 100 °C or 176 - 212°F) to medium (30 - 40°C or 86 - 104°F) temperatures. Cooling takes place without complicated technology; no refrigerant and refrigeration compressor is used. There are three basic systems, the BaseCool 100, 200 and 300.
  • Capacity:
    Standard solutions for 1 to 3 (gastronorm) carts (up to 100 kg per cart).
    Easily scalable and customizable to your wishes.
  • Performance:
    Cooling times of 10 - 20 minutes, up to 2-4 loads per hour can be realized in practice.
  • Installed power:
    Depending on the model, only 4 to 8 kW.

WeFood RiceTOP

With the powerful RiceTop all rice products can be cooled quickly and efficiently; sushi rice (to approx. 30°C or 86°F) within 5 - 10 minutes, sushi rolls (to 5°C or 41°F) within 10 - 15 minutes and other rice & noodle products from 90°C to 5°C or 194°F to 41°F within 15 - 20 minutes. The glycol cooling system ensures fast cooling. Equipped with a wireless temperature control and controlled aeration, for obtaining a perfect rice grain!

    Standard solutions for one large or two smaller (Gastronorm) carts (up to 200 kg per load).
    Easily scalable and customizable to your wishes.
  • Performance:
    Cooling time from 5 - 20 minutes, depending on the application

WeFood RiceTWO

The efficient RiceTwo has been developed for cooling freshly made sushi rolls to about 5°C or 41°F. The compact glycol cooling system ensures fast cooling, within 10 - 15 minutes. Equipped with a wireless temperature control and controlled aeration, for obtaining a perfect rice grain!

    Standard solutions for one large or two (Gastronorm) carts (approx. 50 kg per cart).
    Easily scalable and customizable to your wishes.

Our RiceOne is a cost- and energy-optimized vacuum cooler, designed to cool your (sushi) rice to approx. 30°C or 86°F. Cooling takes place without complicated technology; no refrigerant or refrigeration compressor is used. Our basic model is the WeFood RiceCool 150. Equipped with controlled aeration, for obtaining a perfect rice grain!
  • Capacity:
    Standard solutions for one large or two small (Gastronorm) carts (up to 150 kg per total load).
    Easily scalable and customizable to your wishes.
  • Performance:
    Cooling time of 5 - 10 minutes; up to 6 (!) loads per hour can be realized in practice.
