Weber Compact ONE

The COMPACT ONE is our standard solution for vacuum cooling at the highest possible speed. With one system you can cool up to 4 (!) Loads per hour. In the room of 1,300 x 1350 x 2,500 mm almost every pallet / cart fits. The COMPACT ONE EU is equipped with a Unitronics PLC control with the renowned WeCool software, for perfect control of your cooling cycle. Cycle times <15 min. Are no exception for leafy vegetables.

Weber Compact TWO

The COMPACT TWO is our standardized solution for cooling two pallets at the same time. With one system you can cool up to 6 (!) Pallets per hour. Almost every pallet / trolley fits in the 2,500 x 1,350 x 2,700 mm room. Standard with manual revolving door, optionally with pneumatic lift.

The COMPACT TWO EU and UL versions are equipped with an integrated electric sliding door and Unitronics PLC control with WeCool software, for perfect control over your cooling cycle. Cycle times below 20 min are no exception for leafy vegetables. Also available as a cost-effective BASE TWO export version.

Weber Mobile

Our Mobile Field Coolers are developed for harvesting smaller amounts of freshly picked harvests directly on the field. These highly flexible basic technology solutions can be used anywhere in the world, but were originally developed for ultrafast cooling of perishable crops in remote locations.

Our Trailer Based Coolers are mobile versions of our standard coolers. Standard solutions are built for up to four pallets per load, but custom solutions are easy to design thanks to our modular design. With a GenSet on the trailer, these solutions are completely autonomous.

Using Hybrid Mobility, Weber Cooling can provide a semi-mobile solution for even the highest capacities, without the hassle of labor-intensive and expensive transport. By combining stationary vacuum chambers with mobile vacuum and cooling units, we offer affordable flexibility at the lowest TCO.

Weber AIR

We are the only supplier in the world to offer standard solutions for aircraft pallets. Our systems are developed for standard aircraft pallets (up to 243.8 cm high), but thanks to our modular design we can also design the space to alternative dimensions.

We offer rooms for one or two pallets, in a standard and extra high version. In both versions we prepare extra height, so that (afterwards) a roller bed can be installed for easy logistics. The machine section (power pack) is designed to process the highest volumes of flowers and perishable vegetables in the shortest possible time.
